Scope of Work:


This design build project provides a new 6,250 square-foot single-story facility. The building provides seven (7) office spaces, conference areas, secure storage areas and a full kitchen/break room. Our design-build team developed a look that was contemporary with the utilization of EIFS and split-faced concrete blocks. The primary need for the building was to provide a large, open office area with flexible spaces, file storage, executive offices, employee amenities, break rooms and covered outdoor parking and break areas.  Administrative offices include a large President/CEO’s office, Business Development, Project Management, Estimating, Accounting, and ample administrative support areas to support all departments.  The lobby features include a grand 12 foot entry and waiting area with wall-to-wall windows on the north side of the entry and granite countertops in the reception area. The multi-functional copy room is complete with a long solid surface countertop work area and lots of upper and lower cabinet space for storage of office supplies. There are two (2) conference areas - a 12 person executive conference room, complete with an 80” screen for presentations and a separate 8-person conference areas.  The full kitchen and employee break room is equipped with an Osmosis Water Purification System, granite countertops, as well as occupancy censored lighting.  This building is LEED® Silver Certified and is insulated with Foam Insulation throughout the entire building envelope.  The property also has a 3,000 SF workshop/warehouse and a 300 SF FEMA safe room/tornado shelter with enough space to provide shelter for 24 people.
