Brookwood Medical Clinic

SGS was the Design-Builder / Prime Contractor on the renovation of the Brookwood Medical Clinic. This project was completed in just nine (9) months including all design, site improvements and building construction. This facility utilizes a cost-efficient exterior installation and finish system, combined with matching brick veneer panels. The medical facility provides three (3) separate office suites for practicing physicians.  Each suite is connected to a central landscape atrium which provides a sitting area and public restrooms.  The decor of each suite was individually styled to suit the taste of each physician. The foyer and individual office spaces were renovated to accommodate the growth of the clinic.  New tile, vanities along with new walls and floors were updated in the restrooms. The entire facility received updated wall coverings, lighting, and wiring.
