The building is situated in the beautiful Talihina Mountains next to the same complex that houses the Choctaw Hospital and Health Authority Building. The Recovery Center houses up to twenty (20) patients and includes the following:

The exterior of the Recovery Center is comprised of brick, EIFS, and native stone veneer, to match the facade of the existing buildings on the complex. The Recovery Center utilizes traditional structural steel construction with steel framed roof trusses and a pre-finished standing seam roof.
