SGS served as the Design-Builder on this Child Development Center renovation for the Delaware Tribe of Indians. The scope of work included repairing and renovating the 7,510 sq. ft. childcare facility to a more modern and useful space. The entire facility was completely gutted and remodeled.

Renovations Included:

  • Reconfiguration of all Spaces

  • Renovation of Classrooms, Administrative Offices, Reception Area, Kitchen, Utility / Laundry Room, and Restrooms

  • Removal / Replacement of Walls, Ceilings, Flooring, Millwork, and Finishes

  • Removal / Replacement of Roofing, Windows, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems
