Scope of Work:

SGS served as the Prime Contractor / Design-Builder for this new Chiropractic Arts & Wellness Clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma. The new 11,600 SF Clinic includes a large Check-In / Reception / Waiting area, 12 Treatment Rooms, Pain Management Room, X-Ray and Equipment Room, Laboratory, Rehab / Workout area, Juice Bar, Doctor’s Office, Insurance Processing Office, File / Copy Room, Break Room, Utility / Laundry Room, Men’s & Women’s Restrooms, Janitor Closet, Concrete Parking for 62 patrons, Cedar Wood Gate Enclosure for the Concrete Dumpster Pad, Exterior LED Lighting, and Landscaping. The Clinic includes High Performance and Sustainable Building features and is ADA compliant.
