SGS served as the Design-Builder for this new 6,250 SF single-story office building. Our team developed a look that was contemporary with the utilization of EIFS and split-faced concrete blocks. The building provides seven (7) large executive offices, two (2) conference rooms/areas, an open area for administrative support, a dedicated workroom/copy room, and plenty of storage.
