SGS served as the Design-Builder for this new 6,250 SF single-story office building. Our team developed a look that was contemporary with the utilization of EIFS and split-faced concrete blocks. The building provides seven (7) large executive offices, two (2) conference rooms/areas, an open area for administrative support, a dedicated workroom/copy room, and plenty of storage. Additional features include the following:

This building achieved a LEED® Silver Certification by using foam insulation throughout the entire building envelope; high reflective roofing materials; high-efficiency HVAC systems; HCFC/HFC Refrigerants; materials with high recycled content value; high-quality windows and window treatments; ultra-low flow fixtures in kitchen and restrooms; and parking for low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles.
