SGS served as the Design-Builder for the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma for a new Casino in Chandler, Oklahoma. SGS's scope of work included the design and construction of a 15,637 sq. ft. casino which includes the following:

The Ioway Steakhouse Restaurant includes commercial kitchen equipment designed to prepare and serve meals 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. SGS was responsible for purchasing, installing, and commissioning all fixed kitchen equipment. Kitchen equipment included ovens, grills, ranges, fryers, steamers, walk-in freezer storage, walk-in refrigerator storage, dry storage, dishwashing equipment, waste disposal equipment (pulpers, grease separators), exhaust hoods with fire suppression systems, multiple food preparation areas, and beverage serving stations. In the dining areas, high-quality tables and chairs provide a comfortable dining experience for the patrons. An Osmosis water purification system was installed to improve water quality for everyone. A high-efficiency water chiller and hot water boiler provide an efficient, cost-effective method to cool and heat the building. Additional support features include the following:
