Site Amenities included Site Utilities (Electrical Service, Water, Sewer, Sump Pump), Storm Drainage, Concrete Paving, Additional Asphalt Parking w/ Bumpers and Striping, Retaining Wall w/ Stairs and Handrails, Sidewalks, Curbs and Gutters, and Landscaping.
