SGS served as the Prime Contractor for both Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the KC-46A Flight Training Campus at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Phase 2 includes a new 22,205 SF, two-story KC-46A FTU FTC Simulator Flight Training facility and Phase 3 includes a new 21,982 SF, two-story KC-46A FTU FTC Simulator Flight Training facility, both constructed to support training on the KC-46A aircraft cargo loading and unloading, refueling, emergency egress, and other areas needed to support the classified Training Mission. Primary areas in both Training Facilities include the following:

  • Training Rooms with STC Rating of 50

  • Weapon System Training Simulators 

  • Boom Operator Training Simulators 

  • Part Task Training Simulators 

  • Classified Mission Planning Room

  • Classrooms

  • Computer Room

  • Learning Center

  • Multiple Briefing Rooms

  • Offices (Administrative, Instructor, Engineering & Courseware Staff)

  • Simulator Maintenance & Parts Storage 

  • General Support Areas (Breakrooms, Restrooms, Janitor Closets)

Site improvements include:

  • Site Utilities 

  • Electrical Power, Data, Communication, and CATV

  • Asphalt and Concrete Paving

  • Concrete Sidewalks, Curbs, and Gutters
