Housing Authority Office Complex
Scope of Work:
SGS was the Design-Builder / Prime Contractor on this new 45,000 sq. ft. two-story office complex for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. The complex houses a variety of Muscogee (Creek) Nation Administrative functions, including:

Specific areas include a centralized lobby, administrative offices, meeting and conference rooms, copy/workroom, storage, a warehouse, and support areas. The entrance has a two-story glass front entering into the main lobby.
Additional interior features include cherry wood wainscot and marble flooring. The materials chosen for this complex were durable, easy to maintain, and offered long-term cost efficiencies. The materials used on the exterior of the building are a combination of EIFS, brick, split-face concrete block, and a pre-finished standing seam metal roof.
