SGS served as the Design-Builder for this 2-story, 42,000 SF Facility for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The primary need for the building was to provide a large open office area with flexible spaces for executive offices, conference rooms, classrooms, computer training, file storage, employee amenities, break rooms, and covered outdoor break areas.
