SGS served as the Prime Contractor / Design-Builder for this new Retail Center in Edmond, Oklahoma. The Complex itself sits on 42,940 SF of land and includes the following:

  • 11,600 SF of Retail Space

  • Colored Metallic EIFS colors at the building entrances

  • Black Onyx Brick Wainscot at the building entrances

  • Concrete parking for 62 vehicles

  • Canopies / Sunshades 

  • Exterior LED Lighting

  • Cedar Wood Gate Enclosure for the

  • Concrete Dumpster Pad

  • Irrigation Sprinkler System

  • Landscaping 

The Developer opened a Chiropractic Clinic on the east end of the complex. Specific areas of the new 3,300 SF Clinic include: 

  • Large Check-In / Waiting Area

  • 12 Treatment Rooms

  • Pain Management Room

  • X-Ray and Equipment Room

  • Laboratory

  • Rehab / Workout Area

  • Juice Bar

  • Doctor’s Office

  • Insurance Processing Office

  • File / Copy Room

  • Break Room

  • Utility / Laundry Room

  • Men’s & Women’s Restrooms

  • Janitor Closet
