SGS’s recently moved its office to Yukon, Oklahoma where we designed and constructed a new 10,123 SF Corporate Headquarters Office. The building is a structural steel framed building with an exterior façade of brick masonry, limestone, cast stone, and an exterior insulation/finish system (EFIS). The roofing is a combination of standing seam metal and TPO flat roof. The focal point of the main entrance is defined by the arched massing, inviting visitors into the building. All spaces throughout the building are contemporary and full of natural daylight. Specific areas and features include:

Lobby has Wall-to-Wall Windows on the North and East Side
Wrap-a-Round Receptionist Desk with Granite Waterfall
Executive and Administrative Offices
Large Conference Room with Two Entrances and 80” Screen for Presentations
Multi-Function Copy / Work Room a Long Solid Surface Countertop
Floor-to-Ceiling Upper / Lower Cabinets for Storage of Office Supplies
Golf Simulator Room with Seating, Speakers, and Specialized Turf Flooring
Employee Break Room
Full Kitchen with Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System
Granite Countertops
Occupancy Censored Lighting Throughout Entire Building

The staff has a dedicated entrance on the west side of the building where there is a private gate, covered parking, and a pergola break area. Included in the overall building square footage is 3,430 SF Workshop/Warehouse to store various construction tools and equipment. This building is ADA compliant and qualifies for a LEED® Silver Certification.
