Details
This project consists of the design and construction of a 69,438 SF, three (3) story facility for two (2) Operational Squadrons to support E-3 combat crew activities. The facility supports the operations of two (2) Airborne Air Control Squadrons, which are broken into two distinct functional areas: the Command Section, which includes the Commander and support staff, and the Operations Section, which directs, plans, schedules, and monitors the squadron flight operations. The Group Life Support area is responsible for the maintenance and storage of personal flight equipment used by a flight and mission crew of approximately 1,600 members. The Base Mobility Center is responsible for processing both personnel and equipment during exercises and real-world deployment. Primary areas in the Squadron Operations Mobility Center include:
